Community management projects are carried out in four phases:

1. Strategic Planning: identifying the project targets and the story to be told on Social Media channels.

2. Media Planning: identifying where to launch the advertising campaign (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Linkedin, etc…) and drafting advertising flight acquisition plans on social media channels (Facebook ADS, Twitter ADV, LinkedIn ADV, Google ADwords…)

3. Implementation: development and operating management of activities:

• Managing pages, profiles or accounts on various social media channels with a constant editorial plan and managing interaction with users on the pages in accordance with the Service Level Agreement

• Developing applications (mobile, Web, Facebook) to support campaigns, contests and offers with targets for personal data recruiting, traffic store, etc.

• Blogger engagement actions

• Video production and viralization

• Street marketing and flash mobs

 

4. Controlling and reporting: project KPI are defined and quantified with the client, for ex. The increase of fans/followers, of fan/follower interactions, of website views, of online sales, etc… Following this step, we develop measurement systems.
